Are Women Coerced to be Sexual Objects?
Part 2: In Track & Field its Protect the Penis vs. Expose the Vagina!
***
Lesson Learned: Don't Do the Right Thing! ***

QUESTION: What major collegiate, professional, and international women's sport is missing from the following video?

ANSWER: Track and field is noticably missing.

QUESTION 1: Why are women in track and field noticably missing?

QUESTION 2: Is it because many women in track in field look like sluts?

In the wake of a successful $380 million litigation against USA Gymnastics, and the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee, and their insurers for the actions of former USA Gymnastics doctor Larry Nassar, why has USATF ignored the possibility of civil action against the NCAA and USATF for “establishing, promoting, and sustaining sexually hostile and discriminatory working conditions” that cause many track and field officials, such as myself, and others, to exist unnecessarily as perpetual victims of being sexual harassment by scantily dressed women?

As a track official at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln, I objected to being required to stand behind female athletes, and I orally conveyed such to the President of Husker Track Officials who only shrugged her shoulders in apathy; so I documented my complaint as represented below:

BELOW LEFT, NATASHA HASTINGS
WEARING BIKINI BRIEFS.
ON THE RIGHT, ALYSON FELIX
WEARING COMPRESSION SHORTS

Looking at Felix you see an athlete who's obviously a woman; but looking at Hastings you see the "sexuality" of a woman, and oh yeah, she's also an athlete! Of course, let's acknowledge the aforementioned observation is all about "perception."

Conversely, don't you think the apparel worn by Sanya Richards-Ross below is more, "I'm about the business of being a serious athlete," than to wear a two-piece bikini that's not designed for comfort, but is designed to showcase and prompt a woman to:

> constantly touch herself to re-adjust the fit of her sparce clothing from pinching her breasts, anus, clitoris, and vagina?

ARE WOMEN BEING COERCED
TO DRESS LIKE THIS?
  TO CONSTANTLY FIDGET
WITH THEIR BUTT CRACK?

Do we watch Fátima Diame for her athletic performance, or to see her repeatedly pull her
panties out of her butt?
Do we watch Laura Martinez Martin for her athletic performance, or to see her repeatedly pull her panties out of her butt? Hum, see answer below.

ANSWER: A basic Google search reveals numerous compilation
photographs, which makes the answer rather obvious.

Why is the bikini ("underwear") the "default uniform" for female athletes in track & field?

GREAT VIEW!

So, men (and women) are supposed to ignore women constantly and publicly pulling and tugging and fidgeting at clingy clothing stuck in their butt-crack and vagina, right? Given ongoing concerns about the lack of positive role models for girls and young women, and the need to educate boys and young men NOT to perceive women as only “sexual objects,” shouldn't women give more thought before wearing clothing fixated to showcase, to direct attention to a woman's tits, ass, and vagina? Well??

Just imagine men wearing a speedo and
watching their penis flop all over the place!

You do see the double-standard, don't you?

So why does the NCAA
knowingly allow and promote the sexual exploitation of women?
So why does USATF
knowingly allow and promote the sexual exploitation of women?

If it walks like a duck, dresses like a duck, talks like a duck,
and responds as if it's a duck . . . it's a duck!

How dare YOU objectify these women by staring at their butts?
D

Or, are YOU, especially men, being sexually harassed by being forced to objectify these women sexually?

Bottom line:

The overwhelming majority of men are not convicted felons, or currently incarcerated, or awaiting trial for allegedly engaging in sexual harassment and/or acts of sexual perversion against women (and children), and have always been able to decide the appropriateness of when and where to get an erection. Therefore:

QUESTION 1: Since the overwhelming majority of men have always been able to decide the appropriateness of when and where to get an erection, are women aware they are being coerced or forced into wearing clothing that intentionally promotes their sexuality to strategically attract the attention of men who have a history of or who are most likely to engage in sexual harassment and/or acts of sexual perversion against women?

QUESTION 2: Without regard to their safety including the possibility of death, do some women intentionally use their sexuality as a weapon to strategically manipulate any man to their favor, to command attention?

Standards, rules, and even "uniforms" exist for a reason, which includes responsibility for the safety of athletes, officials, and the public.

By the way:

>> Did this writer contact the President of Husker Track Officials for input on how to address being sexually harassed and victimimized by scantily dressed women? Yes, but she only shrugged her shoulders in apathy, refused to respond to my concerns and inquiry, and subsequently removed me as a track official for violating a policy not stipulated in the Husker Code of Conduct banning officials from taking photographs, a policy which: (1) I never signed or agreed to; (2) the National USATF organization has a "guideline," which is discretionary, and is not compulsory within or at all jurisdictions; (3) as web master I took "every" photograph and "every" video - before, during, and after track meets - posted on the "official" Nebraska Track Officials web site, which was acknowledged and sanctioned by Husker Track Officials and UNL; (4) as provided by the University of Nebraska at Lincoln anyone can take photographs, including the media, providing doing such does not interfere with the athletes or athletic events; (5) in compliance with the USATF Safe Sport Handbook, no photograhs were taken in any changing areas; (6) the USATF Competition Rules Book does not define or prohibit an official from taking photographs; and (7) without any hearing, discussion, or mediation this "victim" was penalized for documenting and presenting his complaint.

>> While officiating, the consistently sacrilegious Rev. Wayne M. Reynolds frequently and lustfully used his iPhone and took photos of female athletes with heaving breasts and jiggling assess, and he continued this practice before, during, and after terminating his "dalliances" with the President of Husker Track Officials. .

>> Did this writer contact the Women's Sports Foundation for input on how to address being sexually harassed and victimimized by scantily dressed women? Yes, but they elected not to respond to emails, phone calls, or certified letters.

>> Did this writer contact a few attorneys for input on how to address being sexually harassed and victimimized by scantily dressed women? Yes, but they elected not to respond to emails, phone calls, or certified letters, or informed me they had no interest.

Unfortunately, unlike basketball, soccer, boxing, golf, etc., for women in track and field, actual athletic performance is less important than exploiting the "sexuality" of female athletes.

As a seasoned human resource executive I've always adhered to my fiduciary responsibility to support and ensure the safety of employees, customers, vendors, and others, which includes eliminating sexually hostile and discriminatory working conditions. Likewise, World Athletics, the international governing body for the sport of athletics covering track and field, which is controlled by men as are USATF, NCAA, and the University of Nebraska at Lincoln also have a fiduciary responsibility to support and ensure the safety of female athletes, and to protect female athletes from sexual exploitation and abuse.

Notably, the National Organization of Women, and Women's Sports Foundation, and many attorneys I contacted also have a fiduciary responsibility to support and ensure the safety of female athletes, and to protect female athletes from sexual exploitation and abuse. These governing bodies can independently or collectively require females to wear uniforms that do not unnecessarily or inappropriately exploit a woman's breasts, butt, and vagina. Instead, the aforementioned are perfectly okay to allow the sexual exploitation of women in track and field . . . for the robust gusto of learing and lusting after a woman's tits, ass, and vagina. So, fellas, when you see your daughter out there on the field constantly pulling and pinching at her bra and panties (it's not a uniform), because it's stuck in her ass crack and vagina, remember . . . it is what it is.

Oh, perhaps, you think this is a "non-issue," because those cute and petite and little pixie females in gymnastics and swimming wear those very revealing . . . uniforms . . . too! In many cases, these "female" athletes, like 4'8" twenty-six-(26) year old Simone Biles, are not children or minors, but menstruating adult females!

>> As reported by the New York Times, Katie Spada, 28, of the United States said that she was sometimes called a “dying whale” by a former coach and, at 13, was told “I had boobs like Marilyn Monroe and they were getting in the way.”

>> As reported by CNN, Rachael Denhollander, one of the first women to publicly accuse Nassar, said in court in May 2017 that Nassar had sexually abused her on five doctor's visits in 2000 when she was 15 years old. Clearly, this "non-issue" is contrary to the experience of millions of victims of pedophilia by Catholic priests, Boy Scout leaders, Larry Nassar, etc.

Women in track and field, like Alyson Felix, are beautiful, but I marvel at her athletic performance, not to see her ass giggle. Many track and field officials are victims of being sexually harassed by scantily dressed women, but recognize the futility of pursuing any complaint. As far as we know, the wide scale occurrence of sexual of females in track and field hasn't happened yet, or that often, or the sexual abuse didn't involve anyone really important, but since women in track and field are wearing less and less, eventually track and field will have one or more Larry Nassar's too. It's inevitable. Count on it. The clock is ticking. Ready . . . set . . .

Coming Soon in 2025

If you find the "truth" of my sarcasm distrubing, perhaps YOU should tell female athletes not to dress like sluts; clearly the men who ultimately control track and field just don't care.
