Let's recap. There was a time, absent birth defects and psychological predilections and/or disorders, that human beings fell into one of two "reproductive-based" and "physically-based" genders: male or female.

Now, in our age of "enlightenment," we have truckloads of sex-based categorizations that define who, what, where, when, why, and how someone interacts with a vagina and/or penis, or whatever. It (sex) has become a very "fluid" situation. Okay, in a "free" and democratic republic (don't laugh), people have a right to "brand" themselves however they want. Hey, if you want to call yourself "Kirk Douglas" when your actual, birth name is "Issur Danielovitch," that's okay too! Hum . . .

Here's the . . . challenge, or problem . . . that can easily occur in a "worst case situation." Again, I'm talking about a "worst case situation." Get it?

THE WORST CASE " SITUATION"		THIS "INDIVIDUAL" IS NON-BINARY, AND IS NOT FEMALE, BUT IS THEY/THEM

A heterosexual convicted male rapist discovers an "individual" (at right) is butt naked in the middle of no place; this "individual" is unconscious, and cannot be awakened; this "individual" is unable to talk, and absolutely no personal indentification is available; this "individual" might be injured; what happens next?

A heterosexual male at an all-night frat party discovers an "individual" (at right) is butt naked under the sheets of his bed; this "individual" is unconscious, and cannot be awakened; this "individual" is unable to talk, and absolutely no personal indentification is available; this "individual" might be intoxicated, drugged, injured, or pretending to be asleep; what happens next?

A doctor (male or female), is hiking on one of 53 very rural 14,000 feet mountain peaks in Colorado and discovers an "individual" (at right) is butt naked dangling near a cliff; this "individual" is unconscious, and cannot be awakened; this "individual" is unable to talk, but wears an I.D. bracelet that says, "They/them is Quintessa Swindell." This "individual" is injured, with heavy bleeding from lacerations about the areola on the upper chest and signifcant bleeding about the genitalia. There's no actual evidence of feminizing hormone therapy, or masculinizing hormone therapy, or endocrinology, or plastic surgery, gynecological procedures (hysterectomy, vaginectomy, etc.) or urology, such as removal of testes (orchiectomy), or surgical procedures and voice surgery (otolaryngology) or Adam's apple reduction (tracheal shave), etc. Therefore, if it looks like a duck, walks like a duck . . . is "it" a duck, and if so, does a veterinarian provide the same kind of "treatment protocols" given to other ducks?,

The terms agender, bigender, trigender, demigender, pangender, polygender, genderfluid, transfeminine, transgender, non-binary, LGBT+ and "whatever-gender-you-want-to-be" did not exist two-thousand-(2,000) years ago, and therefore, exist as a fairly recent . . . crap (oops!) or "convenience" . . . humans created to explain or pursue or to validate their . . . physical and/or psychological predilections and/or disorders (i.e., "freedoms). There's absolutely nothing wrong or "evil" about exploring one's freedom. Human beings now have the knowledge and technology to literally "clone" or "build" any kind of human being we want. We can manipulate the genetic code with much greater precision and ease than Mary Shelley's Dr. Victor Frankenstein. As represented by the graphic below (click image to download the research study), we can take a non-binary "individual" assigned male at birth (AMAB) and create a vagina, extremely large tits, and a phat ass where none existed. Likewise, we can take a non-binary "individual" assigned female at birth (AFAB) and create a penis, facial hair, and a deep, deep, deep male voice where non existed. Of course, some doctors (and others), typically those without scruples looking to make a fast buck, will gladly "build-to-order," and create an "individual" with fully-functional "combo" genitalia featuring an active penis and vagina, or three or four breasts that reside on an "individual's" back instead of his/her/they/them's chest. Why not?(

Again, human beings now have the knowledge and technology to literally "clone" or ""build-to-order" any kind of human being. Mary Shelley's Dr. Victor Frankenstein would be both amazed and jealous!


Well, golly, gee whiz . . . there was a time you'd look at a woman and say, "Wow, she's so beaufiful." No longer, it's best to simply NEVER "assume" someone to be female or male or whatever. "Look before leaping" is a cliché, but great advise. In the absence of conducting due diligence, it's best to accept "individuals" as "manufactured items," because if you thought Quintessa Swindell was a woman, well, you got swindled.
