KFAB Proves White Men Are Whiny
Little Bitches By Firing Chris Baker!

"Everyone is against White men . . ."

Chris Baker, KFAB 1110 AM

In summary,
KFAB championed
Chris Baker's
sarcasm, ridicule and blatantly inacccurate statements about Black people for years, but they finally terminated Baker for sending the tweet at right.

Why fire Chris Baker when it would have been so
damn easy for an equally sarcastic "Black" co-host to simply do this?

And this?

And this?

WHAT CHRIS BAKER VALUES MOST?

A Public Service Message from the "Chris Baker is Misunderstood Society"

To be clear, despite the lily-White-maleness of KFAB's entire broadcast identity . . .

I did not, I do not support the termination of Chris Baker, and I proposed, emailed, and hand-delivered the following proposal to the attention of Scott Voorhees, NewsRadio 1110 KFAB Program Director:

I even proposed (yet again) another "plan" that would enable KFAB to increase its revenue streams by strategically including "conservative" women and "conservative" people of color into its broadcast operations.

To be clear, although I possess broadcast experience in both radio and television and I welcome opportunities in this regard, my primary interest is not self-serving or to become a "broadcast personality" at KFAB. On the contrary, as a subject matter expert in all human resource disciplines, my concern is that KFAB's lily-White "broadcast personalities" perpetually pontificate about human resource issues for which they have absolutely no subject matter expertise, and they intentionally spew sarcasm and ridicule, "fake news" or "hate speech," about and at people who have been and continue to be perpetually oppressed. Given the ignorance of KFAB's "broadcast personalities" on subjects such as AA, EEO, ADA, Ethics, Diversity, and Inclusion, my interest is to function as a subject matter expert, a "resource," an equally sarcastic "player" to enlighten KFAB's lily-White "broadcast personalities" before they open their mouth and say stupid, ugly, hateful, racist, and sexist crap.

There's a right way, and a wrong way to convey racially-based and sexually based sarcasm and ridicule. Yes, I shared this and other examples with Scott Voorhees:

Don Rickles Monologue - Saturday Night Live

There's a right way, and a wrong way to engage racially-based or sexually based conversations. Yes, I shared this example with Scott Voorhees:

Michael Jai White Details His Conversation with 10 White Guys who Didn't Like Blacks

Scott Voorhees elected not to respond to my proposal.

LOL, when it comes to systemic racism and systemic sexism, especially at iHeartMedia, it's so damn easy to connect the dots.

I welcome your feedback.
